Deep in the mountains of Gunma, Nakanojo. Ramen Dining An is a traditional dining house on the way to Shima Onsen village and Lake Shima.

Located in the northernmost part of Gunma Prefecture, on the border with Niigata Prefecture, this hidden place is a must-visit restaurant on weekends, with fans from outside the prefecture lining up.

Shima Lake and Shima Onsen village, a famous spot also known as Shima Blue.

Ramen Dining An is a traditional ramen shop located near the fork in the road to Shima Onsen and Sawatari Onsen.


We use carefully selected domestic ingredients from all over Japan and offer a selection of ramen that can be enjoyed safely by everyone from children to the elderly.

Our ramen is made with carefully selected domestic ingredients and aims for a simple yet deep flavor.

From the basic salt and soy sauce, to rich dried sardine and rich chicken and pork white soup noodles, to the limited-time whimsical ramen, we thoroughly pursue the harmony and deliciousness of the ingredients.


The "Aedama" (tossed noodles) made with Gunma Prefecture's specialty Joshu beef are also a popular dish.

His love of ramen led him to become a ramen shop owner.
Even now, he frequently travels to the countryside and Tokyo to eat ramen to study, and he is always striving to hone his taste.
The ramen made by the experienced owner, who also has stalls at many ramen events around the country, is definitely worth trying.
